请教下，这段要怎么翻译if后面那一串看不懂

只能看出来：

1.判断了持仓是有空仓 holding <=0

2.判断当前是否在一个时间区间呢。 stime 到etime之间的时间

至于ref(S1,1) > n1 这句，没有给变量的定义不知道什么意思。
